Traditional Usui Reiki * Karuna Reiki * Holistic Reflexology * Drumming * Restorative Yoga
Stacey felt the desire to serve others from a very young age and professionally committed to work in the healing arts as a Registered Nurse in 1995. Her diverse experiences and curiosity lead her to a variety of healthcare settings, including medical/surgical, adult behavioral health, wellness coaching, skilled/rehabilitative, and public school nursing. Her compassionate, nurturing, and gentle nature has served everyone, from the young to the elderly, well.
Witnessing a multitude of chronic disease states at work; recognizing a need to incorporate early, preventative, wellness measures; and an awareness of her own need to manage her fast-paced, stress-inducing, modern life, shifted Stacey’s perspective to seek out training in complementary wellness choices.
“In a gentle way, you can shake the world.” Gandhi
In 2010, she began studying and practicing Reiki along with meditation. She felt the subtle changes immediately from these holistic practices and the benefits intensified with routine, consistent practice. Improvement in sleep, increased energy levels, decreased tension from day to day stress, and fewer episodes of ailments with colds and allergy symptoms were noticeable. Seeing her own positive results, she soon began sharing with her loved ones, adding Reflexology to her skill set along the way.
Stacey continued to expand her focus on holistic, complementary modalities over the years with recent additions of hand drum facilitation and restorative yoga for wellness. She has shared her love of family, community, the environment, fellowship, and caring through volunteering over the years in various church outreaches, recycling programs, private and hospice Reiki programs, and in her children’s school parent/teacher organization.
Stacey is married with three children.
